Call for Nominations
Open Position: Editor-in-Chief
The term of the current Editor-in-Chief of the ACM Journal on Computing and Cultural Heritage (JOCCH) will end soon. The ACM Publications Board has chartered a search committee to identify suitable candidates for Editor-in-Chief of JOCCH, and to recommend one for approval by the Board.

Qualifications
Candidates should have a well-recognized research record in inter-disciplinary research that crosses the boundaries between cultural heritage and computer science, focused on the development and use of innovative ICT technologies (information retrieval, digital libraries, GIS, graphics, vision, data bases, etc) to support cultural heritage management, presentation and study. In addition, candidates should have editorial experience.
Nomination Process
To nominate a colleague, send a summary of candidate's relevant research contributions and editorial qualifications to the committee chair at holly@acm.org
The committee also welcomes self-nominations, which should be accompanied by the candidate's curriculum vitae and a statement of vision for the journal.
Deadline
The committee will start evaluating candidates after March 1, 2012.
